Apples for the Teacher

A slice of apple for every teacher in school.



Bake up this Apple Butter Cake, take it to school, and celebrate the end of the week.

Mix the following into a dough:

1 - Package yellow cake mix
1 - Stick butter
1 - Egg

Press into a lightly greased 9 x 13 -inch pan.

Beat for three minutes:

1 - 8 oz Package cream cheese
2 - Eggs
3/4 box powdered sugar

Pour over dough then bake for 30 to 40 minutes. Let cool then cover with apple pie filling, cut into squares.
